Mother's Day Weekend

Mother's Day weekend was a lovely one, spent at Bumpa and Grammy's house.  They did a great job making sure we were all spoiled and once we got in the car to head home, the kids weren't so sure we shouldn't just send Daddy home and the rest of us could stay a little longer.

Somehow I forgot my camera so here are a couple pictures they shared with us:

Attempting to get a decent picture of the kids and I was pretty funny.  Daddy and Grammy did their best to get them all looking in the same direction with smiles on their faces, hands in their laps, dress covering knees, tongues politely parked in their mouths, toys hidden ...

Funny how my favorite one wasn't the 'perfect one' (which is good since we didn't get a 'perfect' one) but the one that gives a little glimpse of their personalities.

    This picture makes me laugh! All the kiddos cutely doing their own thing. A "perfect" Mother's Day photo for sure! *smile*

    Sounds and looks like a wonderful time was had by all. I just realized after looking at this post that we totally forgot the Mother's Day Mother-with-kids shot this year. Oops!
