Lane was having trouble 'liking' the chicken noodle soup we had for dinner tonight, which translated into trouble eating the soup. After several encouraging reminders to eat, I finally announced:
"Well, I guess you'll go hungry tonight."
A little pause, then Lane responded:
"I guess I go elk hunting."
Hmm ... either he's got selective hearing or I mumble ...
