Before we headed to Dad and Mom's for Christmas, Lane helped me make a few cookies to take along. These pictures bring back memories of my own growing up years - we loved helping with the sugar cookies and it was a good thing too because Mom made dozens!
The official taste test ... they made it past the kids but not past the adults. (I cheated and got store bought cookie dough - we've decided there is a difference!)
I know that there's something good to eat up there... she has now added 'coo - key' to her vocabulary.
Success! (And yes, that's a big wowie on her forehead ... there was a crash and Lane's tractor won.)
