We had a very special week between Christmas and New Year's. Ryan's family all made the trek to spend the week together here in our neck of the woods. We are all so spread out that we don't get together very often, but it sure is awesome when we do get together!

The snow was amazing, everything beautifully coated with a heavy snowfall. The kids wasted no time in getting snow ball fights 'organized', 'coaxing' Dads to take them for snowmobile rides (I assure you they didn't have to work too hard!), and we even found a sledding hill that they happily slid down and trekked back up until they ran out of energy!
The best part about snow (in my opinion) is the hot chocolate and apple cider that warms us all up afterwards - and cousins to share it with!
