Our good friends Josh, Andrea, and family came for a visit over the forth. We had a great time and good weather.
Sometimes just playing in the yard brings as much smiles and laughter as some big planned event. Much less work too. I always like to see how well these kids get along with each other

We had a little surf for some of the day which made for fun water activity.
The fishing was a little slow but we did catch enough for fish tacos. Nothing like fresh fish tacos. Time to get in line.
The kids seemed to like the fish tacos as well.
The next day we found a little better fishing spot and everyone got into the catching.
The catching gave way to swimming as the temperature warmed. Josh made the comment that he would buy icecream for those that could do a nice belly flop off the boat. Soon we had several takers lined up. Morgan performed quite well.

And then there is Zach! He showed exceptional form in this. I think maybe he's gotten icecream before for this sort of thing.

I've showed pictures of the pirate ship before but here it is all lit up making its rounds amongst the boats waiting for the fireworks to start
