Yesterday we spent the afternoon with some of our friends who put on a little Scavenger Egg Hunt to celebrate some April birthdays. There were several kids there and Lane did his best to keep up with them all. Bill and Mary kept them quite entertained and Lane figured out the whole idea pretty quick...

Mary had a list of several things to find and with a little help from Daddy, Lane kept up with everyone else.
Fishing was a hit of course! Even after all the kids headed in for pie and ice cream, Lane kept right on fishing (no more competition!) ...
and Mary very kindly kept right on fishing with him!
