A fun collage technique

I found this technique in the Creating Keepsakes magazine (click here for instructions using Photoshop Elements) and had to try it! After a few frustrating tries, I realized that I needed to save the original crop at a very low resolution (which the instructions leave out) so that the computer doesn't bog down. Once that was figured out, it only took me about 25 min. to finish. I used the picture from the May 1st post and like the unique effect. This is meant for a 12x12 scrapbook layout but you could easily do smaller pictures.
