Success at last!

We had a wonderful sunny day yesterday and after a nice morning up at Preps and then naps for the kiddos, we spent the evening fishing. Ryan ended the drought and landed the first fish on this boat and it was quite exciting for all involved. When we got home and were eating dinner, out of the blue Lane looked up at me and with great excitement told me "Mommy, Daddy caught a REAL fish" (as opposed to the lures that he exclaims are BIG fish when Ryan reels them in). We cracked up! A photo of the fish ...
