This winter, we had minor flooding problem which has resulted in more work for Daddy. Out came the waterlogged carpet, several patches of sheet rocking, and a small bedroom. We had been planning on making a bigger rec-room, this just sped up the time table.
The helpers. They are always quite enthusiastic, even if always underfoot.(:
"What Daddy? You mean we're not supposed to play on the sheet rock? We're just helping you texture it!"

Wow...it looks great! Loved seeing the new swing set/fort/sandbox too.
