This little guy wants to be just like Daddy, complete with the proper gear...
his gun, backpack, camouflage and boots to go hunting with Daddy. He wasn't happy to not have hunters orange and he was sorely disappointed to learn that some hunting is done only from the pick-up with no hiking involved. Someday he'll learn that that kind of hunting is generally reserved for when 3-year old boys are along. Amazingly enough, he wasn't too concerned that Daddy didn't get anything.
Their fishing trip the next weekend was more successful. Lane got to hold the pole when Ryan tried to net it and apparently his eyes got quite big when the fish took off. Like a seasoned fisherman, he didn't let go!
So if Lane wants to be just like Daddy, does this mean Morgan is trying to be just like Mommy?

HILARIOUS! I was getting all nostalgic reading about Lane being just like his daddy with the hunting and fishing thing, and then scrolled down to Morgan and got my laugh for the day! You have a gift for writing, Jeannie!
