Our good friends Brad, Char and their daughter Maizie were here for a bit last week and we enjoyed our time with them! Char's nearing the end of her pediatric residency and is working on securing a job. We're crossing our fingers that they end up within easy driving distance!
Reading a bedtime story. No adult required! Well, except as paparazzi. But even then, adults must be supervised...
Maizie got to spend the day with us while her Daddy and Ryan were up on the mountain skiing. The kids had a grand ol' time playing out in the snow with the sun shining down. They especially enjoyed the antics of Dakota, Maizie's dog that she was 'sharing' with us. She first informed us that she would buy us a dog, then amended that maybe we could just share. What a cutie pie!
Lane thought Dakota was a fun companion. He was quite happy to 'share' Dakota!
