Some Welcome News!

Dinosaur Checkers, a buddy to hang out with all day, and photographic evidence of the fun times (thanks for the pic, Cynthia!), Logan enjoyed his day last Friday while we were getting some very welcome news from the doctor.  And as my sis-in-law pointed out, it's kind of a treat to share some good news for once!

So here it is: the cancer is responding to this latest regimen!

There is so much to be thankful for -
...family and friends who have been thinking of us and praying for us,
...especially our Father who honors those thoughts and prayers and so much more,
...a husband who is proving that love endures all things,
,,,children who do a happy dance at the dinner table when we share exciting cancer related news,
...a list that goes on!

Of course, the minute the happy dance was done, Logan piped up in pure relief, "Finally!  No more treatments!"

Sorry to disappoint little buddy.  There are a more dinosaur checker days in Logan's future, more treatments, more ups and downs for sure.  We are not out of the woods yet, but we will enjoy and be thankful for the sun beams filtering through the trees!
