Lane was very excited to go ice fishing with Daddy on Saturday. Ryan says Lane was quite excited about the whole experience, so much so that even french fries and a coke at McDonald's were not enough incentive to get him to leave the ice willingly!
Holding Daddy's first rainbow trout caught in Lake Pend d'Oreille. It's a little ironic that after many (unsuccessful) hours spent trolling for trout this past summer, trying various tackle combinations, trolling speeds, etc., that this fish was caught on Lane's little fishing pole with a worm!
Helping Daddy keep the hole free of ice. From the gleeful look on his face, I don't think there was ever any danger of new ice forming!
